Season finale time = Not a fun time of the year. All the cliff hangers are so intense and so exciting, and then waiting until the fall is painful. Gossip Girl and Grey's Anatomy... WHAT.

So, I stopped watching Gossip Girl after the first 2 episodes aired. I started to fall behind, and decided that it would be a good idea to just wait until the season ends to watch it all at once. Today I was bored, and am caught up in all of the other shows I like to follow, so I watched all of the episodes that I missed. People had been telling me that this season isn't very good, so I wasn't expecting much out of it - but I LOVE it. Sure, it probably isn't as entertaining/exciting as previous seasons, but whatever, I like it.

I haven't had much time to be keeping up with all the TV shows that I love, but here's a list of what I think is awesome.

1. Glee - Best. Show. Ever.  This is my new fave! Jane Lynch is perfect (well, everyone in it is perfect), and the more her character gets into the show, the better/funnier it is (my fave Jane Lynch part so far = writing in her journal).  Just hilarious! This is one of the only shows that I've been keeping up with every week.

2. Grey's Anatomy - Obviously. But I hate the whole deal with the merger with Mercy West, but whatev, it's still alright - There have been some pretty funny moments so far (Christina in pediatrics = so funny). I've also been watching this one every week... aaand I'm pretty much in love with Callie and Arizona <3

3. Criminal Minds - I've only seen the first couple episodes of this season.  This show is amazing and terrifying.  So good.

4. Dexter - So many people have never watched Dexter before! What?! If you haven't seen it, you are missing out! Go watch it.

There are more, like Gossip Girl, but I've missed so many episodes I'll have to wait a while before I have time to get caught up.

1. To follow up Kaur's last post, I just want to say that I am not looking forward to the ridic high temperature today.  I am all about the Fall clothes and layers and being cozy, I don't want to have to dress for summer today.  Eff.

2. Tickets for the film fest = purchased, for the most part.  Gigantic on Friday, Breaking Upwards on Saturday, My Suicide next Friday (not purchased yet, but soon) - and then maybe a couple more, I haven't decided yet.

3. Grey's Anatomy season premier tomorrow!!!!!! Yes!

4.  I need to create a reasonably priced wishlist (to be purchased in a few days) from UO but my internet won't load any of the photos.  Ughh soo frustrating.

5.  I recently finished watching the last 2 seasons of Dawson's Creek (last spring I watched seasons 1-4 online).  Even though most of the time I thought the show was really annoying/awful - I LOVED IT. Dawson is obviously the most annoying character on the show, I really dislike him.  Joey is obviously the best... sometimes she is pretty annoying, but back when the show was on TV I loved her, and I guess that love has carried over into my adult life (Katie Holmes used to be so awesome). Oh and I hate how the stupid Joey/Dawson/Pacey love triangle thing lasts THE WHOLE SERIES, they needed to get over each other, but I am glad Joey and Pacey ended up together (Dawson sucks!). Anyway, I might have teared up a little in the series finale - JEN DIES?! WHAT? I don't know how I wasn't aware of that beforehand!

Rediscovered Love

What an excellent time of year!  While sitting in the living room of my parents' house, procrastination has set in (first paper of the semester, due tomorrow) and I am reminded of my love for TV and Perez/gossip sites.  I forgot how much I love season premiers!  The first five minutes of Grey's Anatomy (aka my fave show/one of my fave shows)? Intense! I suggest you go youtube it.

I can't wait to cable (and internet)...

ten things.

whhaaattt? there is a new show on abc family based on the movie 10 things i hate about you.  i personally have not seen the show, but i just imdb'd it and googled it... and so far i am unimpressed.  that movie is a sweet classic, this show will be terrible in comparison! it has that annoying girl from the show ned's declassified school survival guide... it is doomed.

some things i learned:

1.  the guy who plays patrick was in a mary-kate and ashley movie (passport to paris).

2.  larry miller plays the dad... he was the dad in the movie too.  kinda weird.

3.  cute little cameron is played by this guy who was in the horrible family channel movie minutemen.

4.  the girl who plays bianca was in camp rock... and was the mean girl, i dont like her.

5.  i didn't learn this one, but i feel it is important to mention that the cast of the movie was perfect... heath? joseph gordon-levitt? larissa oleynik (aka alex mac!)? julia stiles? all so great.  plus, allison janney!!... i miss this movie.

6.  maybe i watch too much family channel... since i recognized so many faces in the promo photos from shitty movies/tv shows (suite life of zach & cody, hannah montana...).  yikes.
